Do you have a storefront?

YES – we are located at:

Find us inside The Marketplace, an amazing food hall filled with 9 restaurants. Grab a bite to eat, sip on a glass of wine and enjoy shopping!

  

What are your hours?

We are open and ready to serve our friends every day during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday: 3pm-9pm
Friday - Saturday: 11am -10pm                                                                                Sunday: 11am-9pm

Happy Hours Monday – Friday 3pm-6pm  YES - we sell wine by the glass and bottle!

Our online store is open 24/7!

Where do we park when we get to Avalon General?

We have many parking spots behind the store as well as on the adjacent side streets.

If I live near you, can I just pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?

Yes, absolutely! Just select Store Pickup during checkout and pick up during our regular store hours. Please note that pick up will be available 24 hours AFTER placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the item and destination.  Simply add items to your cart and shipping will automatically calculate. 

How do I score FREE shipping?

Easy, we offer free shipping with order totals $75 or more!

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship (from Orlando, FL) via USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination.  If you have a PO Box, shipping will have to be USPS.

When will you ship my order?

We ship Monday thru Thursday. Thank you for understanding that we are real people behind this screen and we do our very best to expedite your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. 

I saw something on Instagram, but I can’t find it on your site. What do I do?

If you can’t find the item on the website, reach out to us at info@avalongeneral.com – more than likely we just haven’t posted the item(s) to our website yet or we have limited stock and will not be posting.  In the later case, reach out and we can invoice you!

Can I get my photo featured on the Avalon General Instagram or Facebook page?

YES! We love seeing Avalon General products in the wild! It makes our day! Tag us in your posts for a chance to be featured IG @avalon_general or on FB @avalongeneralmarketplace

I’m a maker! How can I get my product carried at Avalon General?

We're always looking for new and interesting products! Please contact us at info@avalongeneral.com.  Include information about your business and your products as well as your website, product line sheets/catalog, wholesale terms, current stockists and social media pages so we can fully appreciate your brand! Ultimately, we receive a lot of inquiries and will only reach out if interested.  We appreciate your understanding.

Do gift cards work for both online and in-store purchases?  

No. Our online and in-store operating systems are different and unfortunately do not recognize each other’s gift cards.  

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry that happened! We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to the carrier and follow their instructions.  Let us know as well by sending an email to info@avalongeneral.com along with the photos of your damaged item(s), the package condition and your order number.  We’ll do our best to work with you and the carrier.
